14U- JUNIOR MUSTANGS SPRING
Our 14U Boys Lacrosse program is designed for athletes in 7th and 8th grade who are ready to build their skills and love for the game. Whether you’re brand new to lacrosse or have been playing for years, this program will meet you where you are.
Players will practice twice a week for 90 minutes, focusing on developing fundamental skills such as passing, catching, shooting, ground balls, defense, and team concepts. Beginner players will receive plenty of instruction and repetition to gain confidence, while more advanced players will be challenged with higher-level drills, strategy, and gameplay situations.
Each weekend, teams will compete in two back-to-back games through the SLYLA spring league, giving players valuable game experience, opportunities to apply their practice skills, and a chance to grow as teammates.
The 14U program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun—preparing players for success at the high school level and beyond.
